How to Reach Us

We respond within 1 to 2 business days. Email is the best channel for anything that needs a written record, including billing and legal matters.

Billing Questions

For any question about a charge, invoice, or your services agreement, email us and include the email address you used when you signed up. That lets us find your account and answer accurately the first time. Before writing in, you may find what you need in our Refunds and Guarantee policy or on the Pricing page.

Current Clients

If you are an active client, you can also reach your team through your usual client channel. For anything account level (billing, pausing, your agreement, your Date Guarantee), email peter@automated.dating so it reaches the right person.

Law Enforcement

Requests from law enforcement or government agencies should follow the process described on our Law Enforcement Requests page. Requests sent through that process are routed correctly and handled faster.
