Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every client of Automated Dating, a service of Peter Trai LLC, and to every visitor of automated.dating. It is part of our Terms of Service. Automated Dating exists for one purpose: helping adults build genuine, lawful romantic connections. With your explicit authorization, our trained team manages your own dating-app profiles, arranges introductions, and schedules real-world dates on your behalf. That work depends on trust, honesty, and safety, and this policy protects all three.

Zero tolerance for trafficking and exploitation

We maintain an express, zero-tolerance prohibition of human trafficking in any form, including sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. We equally prohibit aiding, abetting, or encouraging abuse of any kind, whether directed at a match, a member of our team, or anyone else. There are no exceptions to this section, no warnings, and no second chances. Any indication of this conduct results in immediate termination and a report to the appropriate authorities.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Automated Dating, our website, or any part of our service to engage in, attempt, or facilitate any of the following:

Enforcement

We actively enforce this policy. If we believe, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated it or intend to, we may take any or all of the following actions:

Because our team operates your accounts with your authorization, we may also decline to send any message or take any action on your behalf that we believe violates this policy, the rules of the dating platform involved, or the law, even where your engagement otherwise continues.

Reporting abuse

If you experience or witness conduct that violates this policy, whether by a client, a match, or anyone connected to our service, please tell us. Reports are reviewed personally and treated seriously.

We respond within 1 to 2 business days, and urgent safety reports are prioritized. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. You can also reach us through our contact page.
