About Automated Dating

Automated Dating (automated.dating) is a dating concierge service operated by Peter Trai LLC, a United States company. With each client's explicit authorization, our trained team manages that client's own dating app profiles, arranges introductions, and schedules real-world dates. The service exists solely for genuine, lawful romantic and relationship purposes, and all clients must be 18 or older. Our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service describe the conduct we require of clients.

One point of scope worth stating up front: we are not a dating platform. Our clients use their own accounts on third-party dating apps, and records generated on those platforms are held by the platform operators. Requests for platform data should be directed to the relevant app. This page covers records that Peter Trai LLC itself holds.

Submitting a Request

Send requests by email to peter@automated.dating with the subject line "Law Enforcement Request". Requests must come from an official agency email address; we do not process requests sent from personal accounts. Please include:

We respond within 1 to 2 business days. We review every request for validity and scope, and we may ask you to clarify or narrow a request that is overbroad.

What We Can Disclose

In response to valid legal process under U.S. law (a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, as applicable to the record type), we can disclose records in our possession, including:

We disclose only what the legal process validly requires. For a description of the categories of information we collect, see our Privacy Policy.

Emergency Disclosure

We provide expedited review where there is a good-faith belief of an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury to any person. This includes any matter involving human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or harm to a minor. We cooperate fully with such investigations. If your request is an emergency, say so clearly in the email and describe the nature of the emergency, and we will prioritize it ahead of our normal response window.

Preservation Requests

Upon receiving a valid preservation request through the channel above, we will preserve the identified records for 90 days while you obtain legal process. A preservation request may be renewed once for an additional 90 days.

Notice to Affected Clients

Our policy is that we may notify an affected client that we have received a request concerning their records, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so or we believe in good faith that notice would create a risk of harm to a person or an investigation. If you believe notice should be withheld, include the legal basis for nondisclosure with your request.

International Requests

Peter Trai LLC is a United States company and responds to legal process issued under U.S. law. Agencies outside the United States should submit requests through a mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT) or letters rogatory, or through counsel authorized to issue or serve process in the United States.
